ReviewOps
ReviewOps is our internal tool for managing the Google Business Profiles of our clients. When a business connects its profile, with the owner's or manager's permission, ReviewOps:
- reads the profile's reviews and its performance figures (views, direction requests, website clicks, calls)
- posts replies to reviews, only after we approve each one
What we store
Review text, star ratings, reviewer display names and dates as shown on Google, the performance figures, and our draft replies. They are kept on our own private server, and only Kaizen Digital can access them.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share this data, and we don't use it for advertising. Data from a profile is used only to provide the service to the business it belongs to. Kaizen Digital's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removal
A business can disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to delete its data. We delete it within 30 days.
